Save Your PayNow Button or Banner
- 1.Select the PayNow button or banner you want to add to your signature from the client toolkit.
- 2.Right click on the image.
- 3.Select "Save image as…" from the drop down menu.
- 4.Name the saved image something you can easily find later, such as PayNow.
- 5.Verify the folder where the image will be saved and click Save.
Tip: We recommend saving to your “Downloads” folder.
Add a PayNow Button or Banner to Gmail Signature
- 1.From Gmail, click the Settings gear.
- 2.Click "See all settings."
- 3.Select "Signatures" from the drop down menu.
- 4.Scroll down to the signature fields.
- 5.Locate the signature you would like to add the image to.
Tip: If needed, Google has a guide for updating your email signature.
- 1.Place your mouse cursor where you would like to see the image.
- 2.Copy your ePayPolicy payment page URL.
- 3.Click the "Insert image" button.
- 4.Locate and choose your saved image file.
- 5.Resize your image by following the steps below:
- Click the image
- Select Small, Medium, or Large
Tip: We recommend that you select the Medium option.
Embedding a Link to Your Payment Page
- 1.Highlight the PayNow Button you just added to select it.
- 2.Click the "Link" button.
- 3.In the Edit Link popup, paste your ePayPolicy payment page URL in the Web address field. If you do not know your dedicated payment page URL, refer to the help article on finding your payment page.
- 4.When you're done, click OK.
- 5.Scroll down and click "Save Changes."
