How do I know what transactions are depositing into my account? - ePayPolicy

ePayPolicy provides daily batch reports—available in the user dashboard about one business day before funds deposit—that summarize all ACH, American Express, and other credit card transactions (plus checks if using CheckMate), allowing users to view detailed transaction information and receive email notifications to track incoming deposits accurately.

The Batch Report

Approximately one business day before funds are deposited into your account, a batch report will be available in your ePayPolicy Dashboard. A batch is a daily summary of deposits that will soon arrive in your bank account. These batch totals match exactly with the deposits that will land in your account.

The system creates up to three batches daily:

  • One batch for ACH transactions
  • One batch for American Express transactions
  • One batch for all other credit card transactions

Users with the batches notification setting enabled will receive an email notification each time a batch is generated.

Note: If you are using ePayPolicy’s CheckMate feature, you will receive at least one additional batch representing daily checks collected from your lockbox.

Accessing Batch Reports

  1. 1.Log in to the ePayPolicy Dashboard at https://app.epaypolicy.com/
  2. 2.Click the Batches tab on the left navigation menu.
  3. 3.You will see a list of all batches for your account. To view more information about a specific batch, click any ID.
  4. 4.You will see a list of each transaction within the selected batch. For more information about a specific transaction, click on the Transaction Number.

Staying in the Loop
