How to import ePayPolicy Transactions into AMS360 - ePayPolicy
To import ePayPolicy transactions into AMS360 and automatically apply cash receipts to paid invoices, log into your ePayPolicy dashboard, download the desired batch report via the “Download for AMS360” link on the Batches page, and then follow Vertafore’s AMS360 payment import tutorial to complete the upload process.
Cash receipts will be applied to paid invoices when your accounting staff uploads the ePayPolicy transaction report into the AMS360 payment import feature. This way all cash receipts will be applied at once, reducing manual accounting work.
- 1.Log in to your dashboard at app.epaypolicy.com.
- 2.Go to the “Batches” page, and select the batch ID# for the batch you would like to download.
- 3.Click the “Download for AMS360” hyperlink.
