Integrations - ePayPolicy
ePayPolicy provides API integration for seamless payment processing within websites, supports integration with insurance management systems like AMS360, Applied Epic, Nexsure, and NowCerts, offers InsurLink integration via an impersonation key, allows cancellation of AutoPay cycles by payers or agencies through the payment portal, and facilitates importing transaction reports into AMS360 to automate cash receipt application, while refund and bounced ACH payment details are accessible only on the ePayPolicy dashboard except for voids syncing with FinancePro.
API Integration
ePayPolicy offers an API that allows you to build payment processing directly into your website. This enables your customers to make payments within your user interface, rather than being redirected to an external site.
InsurLink Integration
To integrate with InsurLink, copy and paste your Vertafore - InsurLink Impersonation Key into your InsurLink settings. If you do not have an InsurLink impersonation key, contact ePayPolicy support to request one.
Refund/Void Details and Management System Integration
Currently, refund details and bounced ACH payments are not written back into any management system integrated with an ePayPolicy account. This information is available in the ePayPolicy dashboard. The exception is FinancePro integrations, where only voids will auto-sync from the ePayPolicy dashboard.

Canceling an AutoPay Cycle
AutoPay cycles can be canceled by either the agency or the payer.
Payer Instructions:
- 1.Visit the agency's payment page.
- 2.Click "Sign In" and enter login credentials.
- 3.Once logged in, return to the "Make a Payment" screen.
- 4.Select "Scheduled Payments."
- 5.The payer's AutoPay cycles will be displayed, and they can be canceled from this screen.
AMS360 Integration
Importing ePayPolicy Transactions into AMS360
Cash receipts are applied to paid invoices when your accounting staff uploads the ePayPolicy transaction report into the AMS360 payment import feature. This allows all cash receipts to be applied at once, reducing manual accounting work.
- 1.Log in to your dashboard at app.epaypolicy.com.
- 2.Go to the “Batches” page and select the batch ID# for the batch you want to import.
- 3.Download the transaction report and upload it into AMS360 using the payment import feature.
Enabling "Imported Deposits with Cash Receipts"
To configure permissions and bank settings for automated deposit importing in AMS360:
- Adjust the Application Catalog.
- Set employee bank authorizations within your AMS360 instance.
Follow the step-by-step instructions provided in the AMS360 documentation to allow automated deposit importing.
FinancePro Integration
Configuring ACH & Credit Card Fees
- 1.Navigate to Settings.
- 2.In the "Quoting & Account Management" section, select State Settings.
- 3.Log in to each state in which the finance company operates.
- 4.Within each state, configure the appropriate fees for each account type (commercial and/or personal).
- 5.Update the required fields where fees should be configured.
NowCerts Integration
Configuring ePayPolicy with Momentum AMP by NowCerts
- 1.Contact ePayPolicy Support to have your Momentum AMP by NowCerts Impersonation Key generated.
- 2.Log into the Momentum AMP Agency Portal.
- 3.Navigate to your profile under the Momentum AMP Agency Tab.
- 4.Click on "Profile" in the drop-down menu.
- 5.Once your profile loads, click on "Configure API."
- 6.Locate the "ePayPolicy" section and enter your Impersonation Key.
AgencyOne Integration
What is AgencyOne?
AgencyOne is Vertafore’s platform that brings together Vertafore solutions, trusted partners like ePayPolicy, and your team into one connected experience. Agencies using AMS360 or Sagitta can access AgencyOne. ePayPolicy collaborates directly with Vertafore’s product and engineering teams as a Strategic Orange Partner.
ePayPolicy and AgencyOne Configuration
To view real-time ePayPolicy transactions in AgencyOne, your Admin must complete two setup steps:
- 1.Gather the ePayPolicy Impersonation Key.
- 2.Configure the key and users inside AgencyOne.
Only users with access to ePayPolicy can gather the Impersonation Key. Follow the instructions in AgencyOne documentation to complete the configuration.
