Quotes and Invoices: Setting Up Invoice Notifications - ePayPolicy
ePayPolicy allows users to enable and customize automated email notifications for outstanding or upcoming invoices based on due dates by requesting activation through their account manager or support team, who then configure the email cadence—including pre-due, on-the-day, and post-due reminders—and confirm once the setup is live.
You can enable Quotes and Invoices Invoice Notifications for your account to ensure payers are reminded of payments owed.
Once active, you have full control over the email cadence, allowing you to choose how often emails are sent. Please note that all automated reminders are scheduled based on the invoice due date.
How It Works
Invoice notifications are not enabled by default. Once you request activation, our team will configure your account to send automated email alerts for any outstanding or upcoming invoices.
All notifications are triggered based on the Due Date of the specific invoice.
Customizing Your Experience
When you enable this feature, you can define the cadence of these emails. Common setups include:
- Pre-due date reminders (e.g., 3 days before the deadline).
- On-the-day alerts.
- Post-due date follow-ups for overdue items.
How to Enable Notifications
To turn on Q&I Invoice Notifications for your account, please follow these steps:
- 1.Submit a Request:
- Account Manager: Contact your dedicated representative directly.
- Support Team: Email support@epaypolicy.com and let them know which labels you’d like to add.
- 2.Specify Your Cadence: Let them know your preferred frequency.
- 3.Confirmation: The team will update your account settings and send a confirmation email once the automation is live.
Note: Since notifications are tied to the invoice due date, ensuring the billing information is accurate at the time of invoice creation is essential for timely alerts.
