Registering Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) - ePayPolicy

The ePayPolicy guide explains how to enhance account security by registering Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) through downloading an authenticator app (Google, Microsoft, or Twilio Authy), scanning a QR code from the user profile page, entering the verification code, saving a recovery code offline, and optionally registering a phone number for text message authentication.

MFA, or Multi-Factor Authentication, is a security measure that requires users to provide two or more authentication factors to access a system or application. MFA enhances security by adding an extra layer of protection beyond just a password.

When you log in to your ePayPolicy dashboard at https://app.epaypolicy.com/, you will be redirected to your My Profile page to register for MFA.

How to Set Up MFA Authentication Application

Before you get started, download an MFA Authenticator Application on your mobile device. Common authenticator applications include:

  7. 7.Sign back into your dashboard with your login credentials and follow the steps on your MFA application.

Additional Tips
