See payment details - ePayPolicy
ePayPolicy securely removes sensitive payment details after transactions but allows registered users with proper permissions to view the last four digits of the payment method in their dashboard, while payers cannot access this information, and customer support is available via chat or phone during business hours for further assistance.
For security purposes, ePayPolicy expunges sensitive payment information after a payment is sent. However, the last 4 digits of the credit card or bank account used for payment can be reviewed inside your dashboard in the transaction details.
Only registered users with proper permissions may access the transaction details within your ePayPolicy account.
The payer does not have access to your online dashboard and therefore cannot review the ‘Payment Method’ information.
