The ePayPolicy MFA sign-in process involves logging into the dashboard, selecting an authentication method if multiple are available, entering the code from your authenticator app or text message, and verifying it to access your account, with customer support available via chat or phone during business hours for assistance.
Signing in with Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) is quick and simple.
Once you have successfully registered for MFA, each time you log in you will complete the following steps:
How to Sign In with MFA
- 1.Log into the ePay Dashboard at https://app.epaypolicy.com/
- 2.Select the authentication method.
- If you have more than one authentication method, you will see both options.
- 3.Retrieve the authentication code from your MFA authenticator application or text message.
- 4.Enter the authentication code and click Verify.
- 5.Access your ePayPolicy Dashboard.
